I am a man of words, but right now I find myself speechless. Overflowing with pride and excitement, I am happy to announce that Aim is joining Cato Networks.

In November 2022, ChatGPT was released to the world, just as Aim welcomed its very first software engineers.  While the world met the early signs of this revolution with deep cynicism and tried to strike it down with outdated tools like DLP, the pain we saw in our customers' eyes and their hunger to truly understand AI convinced my co-founder and me that a fundamental shift was underway. We firmly believed AI was destined to join network, endpoint, identity, data, and cloud as a core technological and cybersecurity foundation.

Well before the advent of copilots, agents, and MCP servers - we pioneered the term AI Security - a concept that was new and often misunderstood. We partnered with our customers, bringing a learning mindset and domain expertise to the table. We listened intently to their challenges while also guiding them on a secure path to AI adoption. Before we knew it - we were helping Fortune 500 CISOs lead the AI revolution in their organizations, forging deep partnerships, and dare I say true friendships along the way.

We brought together the very best people. Each one is extraordinary, and together, we became a force of nature. Just yesterday, a friend told me that "love" is a word reserved for family, friends and romantic partners when I used it to describe how I feel about our team. I still can't think of a more fitting word.

Given the explosive growth of the AI security category and Aim’s market traction, it comes as little surprise that we fielded many inquiries from companies who were interested in acquiring Aim. But it was only when I met Shlomo Kramer and Cato that I felt it was time to bring the ship to shore.

At Cato, I found both the values that Aim was built on, along with the foundation to accelerate our mission of helping the world’s leading organizations secure their AI transformation. Cato has that perfect balance of an aircraft carrier and a racing boat, and I knew that together, we can carry out this revolution better and faster.

To our customers and partners - I want to assure you that our mission is unchanged. I will be reporting directly to Shlomo to lead the AI security offering at Cato. Furthermore, the entire Aim team, from our engineers and researchers to our go-to-market team is joining Cato and will continue to personally support you. We will continue to operate with the independence to support customers irrespective of their tech stack. Our roadmap is continuing as planned, and under Cato, we are actually accelerating our original plans.

To our investors and advisors - thank you! Your trust, support, and mentorship energized us and guided our way.
